Depending on access we either clean from the ground (usually bungalows), or we use a high access tower.  It's a one-man quick build tower, it allows us to provide a superior service than cleaning from a ladder.

We only use chemicals where the manufacturer has accepted them as warranty compliant.  We also ask for our customers permission first.  We use one soap based solution, which assists in breaking down heavy soiling.  There's also another professional use chemical which deals with both cleaning and biofilm treatment.  When your panels have algae, lichen, moss or fungus growth, it's important to ensure all the spores are dead, otherwise the growth will return very quickly.  A standard soap based clean, or just pure water, won't kill the spores.

It varies, some panels are a lot easier and quicker to clean than others.  This depends om the amount of dirt or more accurately biological growth, there is on the panels, and how long it's been there.  Sometimes a first clean costs upto 50% more than an annual maintenance clean.  Access also affects the price, especially if we need additional height (like a very high 3 storey house for example).

Yes, we will leave everything cleaner than when we arrived.  That includes neighbouring properties should any splashes make their way onto the neighbours property.

We do carry some water but not enough for a cleaning job.  We have to use our customers water to complete most tasks.  Almost all customers have an outside tap, but we'll check that with you just in case.

Things happen and schedules change.  Sometimes we need to re-arrange jobs for various reasons so we understand our customer do too. Just let us know as soon as you know, and we'll do the same if we hit a problem.

We are fully insured, you will see a copy of our insurance with your quotation.  If we cause any damage we will be responsible for repair or replacement.
