Do you have set pricing for certain things?

Yes and no.  A driveway for instance may just need cleaning, or may need a lot of weed and / or moss removal.  Some jobs may be the same size area but will take a different amount of time to complete.  We measure the area and assess things like access, drainage, staining, weeds etc, from there we can decide what scale the pricing should be.

Do you ask for a deposit?

Not usually no. If the job requires specific materials which are expensive then we may ask that the materials cost is provided as a deposit.  

Do you clean up any mess you make?

Yes, we will leave everything cleaner than when we arrived.  That includes neighbouring properties should any splashes make their way onto the neighbours property.

Do you bring your own water or use ours?

We do carry some water but not enough for a cleaning job.  We have to use our customers water to complete most tasks.  Almost all customers have an outside tap, but we'll check that with you just in case.

How do I re-arrange if there's a problem with the scheduled day?

Things happen and schedules change.  Sometimes we need to re-arrange jobs for various reasons so we understand our customer do too. Just let us know as soon as you know, and we'll do the same if we hit a problem.

How long will the cleaning take?

We can give you an idea on how long each job takes when we provide your quotation.

What happens if you damage something?

We are fully insured, you will see a copy of our insurance with your quotation.  If we cause any damage we will be responsible for repair or replacement.  

What if I'm not happy with the results?

We'll be very careful to tell you what can be expected in terms of results when we provide the quotation.  If we don't meet those expectations then it would be reasonable to expect us to rectify the problem.  We would not expect to be in that position but if we ever are, we'll deal with it promptly and reasonably.

The area I need cleaning is very small, would you still do the job?

We don't mind doing small areas and we have a very low minimum charge.  The industry standard minimum is, in our opinion, higher than it needs to be.  Our minimum charge is £75.

How can I be sure if my solar panels need cleaning?

Do I have to clear the area before you arrive?

We can discuss this during the quotation process.  if there's a lot of stuff to move and you'd rather we did it, there may be a small charge.  It just depends on how much there is and where it can be moved to.  But don't worry, if you need us to take of it we will.

What about any waste that's generated from cleaning, where does that go?

Generally waste is disposed of in your garden waste bin.  On rare occasions where there's nowhere to put it we can remove it, we have a waste removal licence.

Is it cheaper if I have more than one service?

If the additional services can be done on the same day, or as a continuation of the main job, then yes a discount can be applied.
